Monday we apply the word above, ASPIRE. When we aspire, we direct our ambitions towards achieving something. What is the most important thing we want to aspire to this week?
Tuesday we apply the word PRACTICE. When we practice, we perform an activity or exercise or skill repeatedly to improve our proficiency at it. What skill would you like to improve? Tuesday, practice what you aspired to on Monday..
Wednesday we apply the word MASTER. When we master something we become an expert at it. Take what you aspired to on Monday...and practiced on Tuesday...and become a master at it.
Thursday we apply the word CELEBRATE. Take time to relax and celebrate the holiday with your family and friends. Take time to think about all you are thankful for.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday we apply the word REST. Rest...relax...enjoy some down time. Do something you love to do with the people you love to do things with.
Monday we apply the word REPEAT. Aspire...practice and again master something during the week that will make you better at what you do every day.
