Leadership Lesson...Kindness Matters

It is a huge responsibility to be a leader. We need to set expectations for those we serve, we need to hold them accountable, we need to coach and model for them, we need to help them grow and develop and we need to show them our gratitude. If all of these things are not constantly done from a place of kindness, we have failed despite what the outcome is.
